At Reflective Living, I’ve been thinking a lot about the architecture of our social circles. Are they built as fortresses where we hide our cracks, or are they gardens where we can actually grow?

We fear that if we reveal our struggles, we’ll be seen as a "burden" or "broken." But keeping that mask on is exhausting.
